D-Blantes formed in Brasilia in 2000, led by vocalist Dinho Blantes. Their debut album 'A Caminhada' came out in 2005, with the title track becoming a hit. They followed it with albums like 'Tô Nem Aí' in 2008 and 'O Melhor Momento' in 2011.
Their music blends rock, pop, and reggae. Beyond 'A Caminhada', songs like 'Olhei Pro Céu' are part of their catalog. The band includes Luciano on guitar, Fábio on bass, Rodrigo on drums, and André on keyboards.
In 2010, they faced a legal dispute over music rights. They've continued releasing albums, including 'Um Novo Caminho' in 2014 and 'Na Estrada' in 2018, with a live album from Brasilia in 2022.
