FL1PP is a trio from São Paulo, Brazil, consisting of Hugo Rafael, Leonardo Santhana, and Rodrigo Tavares. Their debut album 'Anjos' came out in 2017, with the title track featuring Rick Nork. That song, along with others like 'Facetime' and 'Lux,' helped establish their presence.
Their music incorporates electronic elements alongside Brazilian rhythms, though early on some found their approach unconventional. They've since released additional albums including 'Luz,' 'Cosmo,' and 'Infinito.' Hugo Rafael handles vocals and guitar, while Leonardo Santhana works with keyboards and synthesizers.
